Job Description :

  • Achieve Business Plans, Productivity, and Profitability by ensuring Lead Generation & Conversion for investment into Finzy Loans.
  • Originating new investors by direct coverage of individuals, HNIs and UHNIs. Ensuring on boarded investors make continuous investments.
  • Managing the channel of investment advisors, mutual fund distributors, insurance agents, chartered accountants, wealth managers, etc for onboarding investors and generating investments into Finzy Loans
  • Managing and maintaining oversight of the investment portfolio, keeping the investors abreast with portfolio performance and advising them on future investments.
  • Educate the Customer, understand their needs and ensure those needs are met.
  • Train, retrain, provide regular feedback and motivate the team to enhance individual and team productivity.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepare action plans individually for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals, and advisors. 
  • Initiate Strategic Tie-ups with various stakeholders for the enhancement of business.​

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
