Job Description :

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts
  • Good Knowledge about the Locations in Bangalore is preferable
  • Answer questions about Projects or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Tuesday will be week off
  • Shift Timing 9:30-6:30 PM
  • Huge incentive will be there

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
